Charles Silver, Founder & Managing Director

Charles has extensive experience in retail, industrial, office, and residential real estate. He is a 4th generation native South Floridian.  In the past 23 years he has been responsible for leasing, consulting, selling, and managing properties in Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.  He has completed deals with a variety of national and regional recognized and independent tenants, including Starbucks, Publix, Amped Fitness, GNC, Foodtown, Subway, Panda Express, H&M, Rack Room Shoes, LA Fitness, City Gear, Chick Fil A, and hundreds of more names. 

Worked for Newark Knight Frank for 1 year as a Leasing Director for ground up mixed-use development and redevelopments.  

Worked for Simon Property Group and WPG for 5 years and was a leasing representative, and then became a General Manager for 2 regional enclosed malls in Richmond, Virginia and Memphis, Tennessee.  He managed Virginia Center Commons Mall/785,000 SF, Martinsville Plaza 65,000 SF, Oak Court Mall 780,000 SF, and Oak Court Office building/126,000 SF. 

Worked for Adler Group as a Broker- Associate where he leased industrial, office, and retail properties in South Florida for 2 years.  

Procured acquisitions totaling over $70,000,000 on behalf of a Florida commercial real estate group Southeast Centers for 4 years as a real estate specialist in Florida.  

Lennar Homes and sold 40 homes over 2 years as a new home consultant. 

Created and implemented the off-campus housing program at Nova Southeastern University in 2003-2004 while attending the Wayne Huizenga MBA program on a full scholarship after graduating Nova Southeastern University with a degree of Bachelor of Science.

Performed condominium sales for 1 year for a private development group Dezer in Sunny Isles, Florida during the condo boom in 2002-2003.   

Founder of a ".com" assisting college students with purchasing properties in 2000-2002.
