Charles D. Silver | Founder & CEO

Charles Silver is a fourth-generation South Floridian with over 26 years of multi-asset expertise across the retail, industrial, office, and residential sectors. Throughout his career, Charles has been a driving force in the leasing, consulting, and management of properties throughout the Southeast, including Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

Institutional Pedigree & Execution

Charles has held leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private companies.

• Newmark (formerly Newmark Knight Frank): Served as Leasing Director for ground-up mixed-use developments and complex redevelopments.

• Simon Property Group & WPG: As General Manager and Leasing Representative, he oversaw a massive portfolio including Virginia Center Commons (785,000 SF) and Oak Court Mall & Office Tower (900,000+ SF).

• Southeast Centers: Acting as a Real Estate Specialist, he successfully procured over $70M in commercial acquisitions across the Florida market.

• Adler Group: Managed and leased a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets throughout South Florida.

• Lennar Homes: Sold homes in-house for the largest home builder.

A veteran of the "Big Box" space, Charles has successfully negotiated and closed transactions with an elite roster of national and regional anchors, including:

Entrepreneurial Vision & Education

A lifelong innovator, Charles’s career began with the founding of a tech-driven real estate platform in 2000. He later developed and implemented the inaugural off-campus housing program for Nova Southeastern University while attending the Wayne Huizenga MBA program on a full scholarship.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, combining deep academic rigor with decades of "on-the-ground" transactional experience.
