Charles Silver with Big Box Broker represented the landlord Corbin Holdings LLC of Miami, FL to lease 23,650 SF at 625 Washington Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030. The tenant is Mango Tree Supermarket, a retail supermarket, due to open for business second quarter of 2023.

August 10th, 2022:  Big Box Broker brings Amped Fitness to 12115 SW 152nd St. Miami, Florida 33177. The space is 18,100 SF.

May 19, 2020:

Big Box Broker secures a tenant in Sanford, Florida.

Collier's Furniture Expo is now open for business.  Charles D. Silver 

was the listing broker who procured the 30,750 SF sublease.  The former tenant was Toys R Us. "My passion is filling big box and creating jobs."

March 16th, 2020: Big Box Broker represented the buyer on the purchase of 2 properties in Broward County. Purchase price property (1) $6,050,000 and property (2) $2,500,000.
